USPS Priority Mail Shipping & UPS Ground

We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS Ground for a flat rate of $5.00.  If you wish your order overnighted, additional charges may apply.  Please indicate if you prefer your order overnighted when placing your order.

Return & Refund Policy and Procedures

We at Rocka My Baby Gifts take great care of items when they are being shipped. We want our customers to be satisfied.  If you need to return an item because of an error from our part, we will be gladly to accept a return as long as the item arrives back to us in it's original condition for restocking.  The purchase must be returned to us untampered, unopened and no damaged goods to get a full refund.  Only in these conditions we will refund you 100% of the purchase price and any shipping fees we charged you.  We do not accept returns on "Closeout" or "Sale" merchandise.

If you change your mind and you don't want the order, we will also accept your order back. Upon receiving the returned items in new condition, we will refund you the total of the order, minus our restocking fee of 10%.  We do not refund shipping charges.  You are responsible for any shipping charges, and insurance. 

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or receipt in the package, along with your name, address and a valid telephone number.
